Properties

  • Soothes and promotes flexibility of muscles and joints
  • Purifies the air - smell unappreciated insects
  • Skin soothing, in case of itching or skin conditions
  • Calming and relaxing, it promotes sleep.

Possible association

  • In a hot, dilute a few drops of lemon eucalyptus in Disp'arome.
  • To repel insects, mix a few drops of lemon eucalyptus and lemongrass in a vegetable oil and apply on the skin.

Practice

  • Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2 times a day.
  • Uses include massage, compresses, in the bath and diffusion.

Je l'utilise pour pour apaiser les piqûres de moustique. C'est un peu moins efficace que la lavande me semble t-il. certains le dise répulsif anti-moustique. je n'ai pas constaté ça !

J'aime beaucoup son odeur.
